Nurture

Nurture is a conceptual wellbeing app designed to help people reconnect with nature through immersive audio and visual experiences.

The project explores how thoughtful branding, user experience and digital design can bring moments of calm, creativity and mindfulness into everyday life. By researching existing wellness apps, I noticed a common problem: crowded layouts, complicated tracking features and loud visuals that can actually make people feel more anxious.
